Interesting - that may be due to the maximum level being set at 4 - on one that only had 3 access levels available. Most likely a mistake on my end. Do you remember which Case / Category it was :)?
First case, at least 2 categories - didn't check after that, I'm afraid!
Was able to replicate it for them. It was intentional as it sparks dialogue regarding pressing deeper even when told there was no more information.Thank you for your comment though :) !
