ok well a few minutes later he sort of gets up and tries to heal his wounds but fails bcs he is still half dead
"agh... Salem... a-are you okay? Did you get hurt?"
"Why are you worried about whether or not I'm ok? Are you ok-or going to be ok?"
"oh this is nothing. I'll heal in a few minutes."
"Damn. Now I wish I hadn't torn up my shirt..."
"No it's good. If I had bled out I could have not woken up and died of blood loss."
