You can't yet repeat the scene, but there will be other scenes with him. If you restart the game, you can advance quickly by skipping ahead. If you try to move during a cut scene, there's a circle at the bottom. Click it. Most scenes can be skipped.
The weapons can't be touched, but weapons are not what you need.
You can only go to the bottom of the mines. The rest is under development. Maybe you missed a scene to the upper left? Soon after you enter, you can jump across the gap in the stairs, above where you met Pervy.
I could definitely use help with testing, especially if you have a PC that will not run Pervy. High-end nvidia PCs exit during startup.
