About your question, it's not a dumb question. To be real, it's not possible yet to get married in Influencing. I'm working on it! Soon It will be possible!
About the makeup, I will dedicate an entire update to add not just makeup but piercings and tatoo to chars. I'm still working in other important stuffs related to graphics before I add this kind of customization.
