You need to press the switches in the right order. The sequence is right above the switches if you look at them with your camera. They change order every time you fail.When you put in the right sequence the fan overloads and falls down.
I'll increase the gamma cap for the brightness slider in the next patch, I heard you mention that you still thought it was too dark.
