I can't find Bell anywhere this is the 2nd time shes run off and I've looked all over and Cant find her anywhere
Check all of the following: 1) Forest Park, north of where you untied Rinny's tail, 2) Transylvania, main city area, 3) New Ark City prison
Give her a Cowbell Collar from Naughty Kitty if you want her to stop running away altogether.
