The in-game tutorial recently got better. It has some of the key aspects explained. So, anyone beginning playing should consider opening it time to time when learning gameplay.
The main problem with writing guides is — this game is REALLY actively developing, and the things being added are often far from minor. So, if somebody is going do to do it, they should be ready to renew their guide on regular basis. That's why wikis are invented, by the way, because they're being easily edited.
