In a split second his free hand had pulled up his eyepatch and his pink eyes flashed, looking right into Katsuki's. Kats felt his lower half suddenly go heavy and numb. Akui pulled his hand away from Katsuki's grip, grinning cruelly
"You know, I always thought high school was supposed to be the best years of your life-funny how you don't seem to remember any of it. Oh well-"
He grabbed his shirt collar, pulling Kat's upper half foward so he was closer to his face making it even harder to look away from him

He was petrified all the way up to his neck.
"Couldn't have you using that damned quirk, now could I?"
