The sleep-sex option is kinda confusing (According to the walkthrough, I expected Cat to suck MC's dick but that either doesn't happen or is entirely skipped). What's the point of the option?
That's a switch for the entire game. If you enable it, you'll get sleep sex scenes, if you don't you won't get any. First one is in V0.05
