From my understanding and if I remember correct, she is not pregnant but her body is responding like it is due to the chemicals or something. which is why her breast are sore and getting slightly bigger

The lab says there is no embryo in her(not pregnant) but the chemicals spewed on her is making her body believe it is and enlarging her breast(and becoming a bit more thicc). Which is why the doc is milking her because the doc wants big breast
