the main mechanic is pretty interesting, it really shines when you have enemies on the screen so you can just keep the spell on all the time. But without the enemies it feels like it is missing something, like a trade off or something. I couldn't pass that one block platform on the place with that floating orb. so might be that there is something like it after that. so I went back and finished it, that last room is pretty challenging and fun, with all the enemies and platforming combined. I feel like it needed more enemies variety tho.
the art style is really charming, pretty nice game.
