The game is very confusing there needs to be a tutorial of some sort it hard to understand

The game is split into two sections, building and fighting. In the build phase, you have 90 seconds to build a small fortress adding walls, floors or defences to the building. After that, you and your opponent will fight having your defences shoot at each others bases. Whoever still has villagers by the end of the fight wins but if both people still have villagers, you keep building.
