Thanks so much for playing the game! The death in your first playthrough actually results from you staying in one place in the house for too long. For the most part, if you keep moving, you should be relatively safe. Her appearing to glitch through the floor like that is an error on my part though, and I will look into seeing why that happened so I can patch it soon!
