So this is my first game jam ever so I don't know about the culture. Are fan games allowed? Before knowing about the jam, I have an idea to make a visual novel about an anime, so when I learn about NaNoRenO I thought I might as well try the challenge.

For clarification, I will draw all the art assets myself, though the characters and places would be from that anime.
