Slowly did he begin to start moving his hand, his tongue dragging across the tip of it before he started moving it around the tip of it in a circle motion- :P
He slowly pulled his head back up, when his mouth was off he had let out a little huff-like an icy breath, so to speak. Then a smirk was on his face, looking back up at him as he teased the tip of it-
