what does the 99 item do?

If you collect 1≤ notebook(s) and use the item, the HUD will glitch and tell you that you have 666/666 notebooks, making the map red like you got 1≤ exits, then Baldi would scream, and the number of notebooks keeps glitching and changing and cause the game to crash with the BadSum screen!
Another way it can crash without 99:
when you collect the math notebook after the spellings one, there would be the impossible question, by crashing the game, type in random numbers and operators on your keyboard, symbols and math operators that aren't in the you can think pad buttons, then when you click enter, there would be a crash screen saying that the awnser can't be parsed as in Intiger with BadSum staring at you with a sad frown again
