Yes, they do. Bakugou was legit dating Kaz for a long time. Kaz just sort of appeared out of nowhere, Bakugou clearly liked showing him off, and no one really knew where he came from or anything like that, Todoroki didn't interact with him much since-y'know-he's with the Deku squad. 

"Mph-don't worry about it-I'll be gone soon and then it'll stop."

He sorta, sat beside him. While not exactly RIGHT beside him, just a little bit near. :>

He sorta, gently placed his hand over the little flames that we're gonna start up again, and you know, steam.. cooling his wing down.

"Whatever is going on is obviously making your quirk, well, both you and it up. What's wrong."

He stared at him wide-eyed, lips parting slightly as his flames died down-and then, in a puff of black smoke, a flying hearse quite literally poofed into existence behind Kaz, led by skeletal horses.
