I am very sorry that you had this bad experience. However, the game has been tested in different machines and by a lot of people so it's not a general issue. Could you please describe your problem in deep?

When I entered the game I tried to press all the options but all of them would not work and I just stayed on screen where the play, load, and save was. also tried to exit it and play again but to my disappointment it still didn't work, I just kept pressing play over and over without it doing anything. I'm using windows
