just to complement the problem, which maybe got a little confusing, the launcher is not working, in this case I can't open the application at all, the screen just looks like a print, everything is black and there's no response, it's as if the app refused to work, it appears to be working, but I can't seem to log into my account. does anyone know why this happens? because I really wanted to play..
