How do I transfer all my previous progress to the new version of the game on Windows?

Usually, you don't need to do anything for the progress to transfer, it happends automatically. But, in case something went wrong, your save files located in the folder:" C:\Users\"USER-NAME"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ACADEMY34-v0.2.3"
