Well, I bought it (it is more than worth-it for 10$) and I can just download the game from my library and I get this message when I click on download : "You purchased the game on 2022-02-12 22:00:39 for $10.00 with the email [Redacted]. This page has a unique URL for your purchase. You can always access the latest files from this page."
I think it is safe to assume I will not need to pay for the next updates.
