Turns you need to refuse rinny invitation several time and when she asks you what you want there will be option like "let's *********" at the bottom of the option(i guess it's right above the not interested option). Press it and you somehow manage to get a hold hand option whenever you talk to any girl (fawn,sammy,etc.).
