Sorry to hear about your issue! This is the first time we've heard about this, so unfortunately we don't have an instant fix.
Can you email me your log files so I can try and look into the issue, please? You can find your log files at "C:\Users\{user}\AppData\LocalLow\Oppai Games\Quickie_ A Love Hotel Story". They should be named "Player.txt" and "Player-prev.txt"
