Does anyone know where Herbest Steppe is it's a side quest where you have to find someones brother but i have no clues as to where it is if anyone knows then please do let me know thank you

I do not quite remember about it because it has been years already. Could you please tell me the name of that quest. I will look for some information to help you.

The side quest is called ''Emergency'' which is found in Vierna Skyland and honestly i loved playing your game it was amazing especially the combat i should be the one to thank you for making a game so entertaining :D

Have you checked the middle island of the map? At the pond, there are two men talking with each other. It might be them whom you want to find.

There's only one pond in the bottom left of the map in the middle there's only the Tower where two guards stand there and i have tried talking to both of them but still nothing

Let me try to look for some other things. I have been working on the sequel for a couple of years and now I barely have any recollection of my first game.

Hi,

I have some more information for you about this quest. There are 4 steps needed to be done.

1. You need to obtain the lock-picking kit from an NPC in Item Shop in Vierna Skyland

2. Use the Lock-picking Kit on the lock outside Meryl's house

3. Talk to Meryl

4. Find Meryl's brother somewhere in Herbst Steppe

5. Talk to Meryl at her house in Vierna Skyland.

At step 4, you can find two men talking near a small pond in the map. It is a small island where there are three bridges leading in. Meryl's brother is the guy on the left.

Do they appear at a certain there? Because after beating the game the two guards simply disappeared I've also already done the first 3 steps the only thing I'm stuck with is the fourth I've checked the place with the Pond which i believe is the one at the top of the map but i haven't had any luck yet.

I'm planing on doing another playthrough so maybe i'll have better luck there thank you very much for your help and i apologize for taking your time
