Hawks is a flirty boi who's like secretly terrifyingly smart, he's gots wings with feathers that are kinda arrow like, and despite being a lower ranking hero he outranks Endeavour in both popularity and just sheer knowledge, like he honestly has a lot more sway than Endeavour actually has.
