Really before I actually gain slut points before but it might have been a bug for me. The hero point come after though when i won before.
Ah, yeah I got hero points as well when I attempted to defeat Scar but still lost and he went to have a talk with me soon after. I only got slut points when I submitted (and admited to be their bitch from now on) if I remember correctly.
