Ok so I tried finding out myself but I'm stumped. I am up to date on all the major events except the orc's war one. I've earned orgrams trust and it didn't leave me a WIP message at the bottom. What else is there for me to do? Is there a sidequest I'm suppose to do? Is it a bug?

Have you done the nameless quest and slept back home? Because after accepting or refusing the witch's offer you have another nightmare with him and after that nightmare you unlock the new orc's war content

Have you visited the Witch at day AND night, helping her out with tasks? This should trigger Nameless's 4th visit.. or nightmare.. After you're done with that you can continue Orc's War.
