I think it takes a bit more to change the decisions in save files, like the persistent file in saves folder and possibly even RenPy folder in %appdata%, I did kinda changed them both at the same time, so I'm not sure which one works for real x)
Yeah I tried copying my Renpy folder before I met Nameless again and put it somewhere else, but going back to that folder after I made a decision (which includes the persistent file) on a copied save folder did not have any effect unfortunately..
