Extract it, and put the two files (script.rpy and script.rpyc) into the game folder (...\Lunasfallfromgrace0.19-0.19-pc\game) replacing the originals.
N.B. If you're playing the game on android, this obviously isn't going to work. In that case, you'll have to wait until next update.
