She then turned around, adjusting her legs as she fully turned around on his lap, she was wearing a black skirt and a white blouse, her blouse was a bit see-through but it was okay, her hands then wrapped around his neck and she looked up at him.

He acted like he didn't want to do it right now, but he also wanted the kiss VERY badly, because he needed his daily.....(minutely), attention. So, he wrapped his arms around her waist once again, and placed his lips on hers, leaning the chair back just slightly.
