A nice common family issue is that peoples always talk about issues with being middle or oldest child. Like middle ur basically forgotten, oldest you’ve got a lot of pressure on you, but no one talks about the youngest unless they’re saying how easy their life is. It actually isn’t. Not only do we have to live up to expectations set by our siblings’ achievements, we also feel a pressure and need to be the golden child, no mistakes. We’re like the ones that our parents usually put pressure on to be their idealized perfect child and live their dream life that they couldn’t get to live. 3rd time’s the charm right? We like don’t really get to live our life without being nagged to be perfect and do this and that. From everyone else’s pov we’re treated like royalty but that’s far from truth. Plus our older siblings bully us relentlessly.
Like I get the others have issues too but we just don’t get talked about as much and I find that sad.
