VTuber Plus uses the predefined messurements of your avatar as reference. If they are not set correctly, there is nothing that can be done afterwards because the tracking data coming from VSeeFace is based on those messurements. If the avatar changes in VTuber Plus, you avatar will either stretch vertically or get smooshed. I suggest you try to resize the avatar first and then export it as vrm or vsfavatar.
