Spoiler in the description is unwanted, the title art already hints. Excellent visual, except for some moments: first-aid kits are difficult to see, bullets are not felt (Isaac's balls do not look very good for me). Shooting is boring because of clicks, it would be much nicer to hold down LMB and watch the monsters dying.
