Deku was in his bedroom-he was always in there, especially when Bakugou was throwing a party-he wasn't allowed in the throne room or the ballroom-any of the rooms where there might be nobility really-he was feeding a bird when he heard the sounds of one of Bakugou's parties starting downstairs.
Meanwhile, downstairs-the party was in full swing, with Bakugou lounging on his throne with a glass of champagne. He was approached by a baron-one of the more annoying of the gentry to be honest-he was older and extremely pompous.
