You just download the newer version of the game and just reinstall it,that worked fine for me(I'm on Android)

It wont open an actual app. I have android as well. I did delete the old one. Sort of hope i didnt lose all my progress. I clicked the android dowoad link and downloaded it. But it opens a page that says allow access to all files on this device and that its. Whether i allow or not theres no game. Am i doing something wrong?
