0.1.33? COE or common version? fix2a was installed?

Was JRE (Java) installed on the system before the game was launched?

Perhaps there are unwanted symbols in the path to the game or the path is too long.

I live the same problem. Game path is very short, no unwanted symbols, JRE latest version installed.
(I use Windows 7 professional 64-bit sp1)

Did you try to install previous versions?

I can advise you to delete the installed version JRE. This is already included with the game, it should be work

Maybe something is wrong with the OS. I just never met such mistakes that the game did not react at all to the launch.
You may need to put in the properties "run as administrator"
