Ok I have solved the problem, if your version of the game is patched properly with 0.6.1 being properly patched into 0.4.51 you have to copy these files and folders from the "game" folder in 0.4.51

1. audio
2. images
3. imov
4. chapter5.rpa
5. chapter6.rpa

Paste them into the "game" folder of 0.7.0 

Only then will the game run properly.
