I can't advance on any of the questlines because I cant get to the bar or store and I'm on day 93 and have done everything I needed to. the only questline I can advance is ninas but if I go to relax on the beach like I'm supposed to I die.

You are missing some things for sure because the store and bar are separate quest lines.
For the store: You'll need to meet Sarah two times. Follow Pamela's path to do this. You'll need to progress Elsa's questline a bit up till the cafeteria. the store opens after day 40.
For the bar: You have to do Sophia's and Emily's questlines for a bit. It opens after day 42 during the evening/night.
Basically it all comes down to if you're stuck on something check on a bunch of other girls.
In a few days, there will be an update that makes the journal a bit clearer.
