The update states that there's new Ms. Treatment reward but there isn't one. Her dialogue has changed and she offers you a reward, but it's a placeholder reward where nothing happens.
Can you please make sure you're playing version 2.3.1? We were made aware of this situation and have implemented an in game fix. It's in the latest build.
