“ok I have access to the basketball court since I’m the vice captain of the team I can take you in there after school, meet me at the doors of the court. Unless you’re not free.”

she sips her frappe
“Great!”
She chugs her drink
“I’m sorry I just don’t like the drink when it sits for too long. Plus it makes everyone give me weird looks. Makes me feel good.”
she giggles
Ruby laughs a bit
