the schedule unlocks after you talk to sid for a few days i think. As for the outift, I dug through the game's contents and i think it's a "nude" outfit for aurora. Don't know how to get it either, but the nude outfits for cinderella and belle were acquired during other scenes where the girls would strip but i couldnt find an event like that for aurora.
