You just gotta make sure you transfer the file with your saves in it from the old device into the new one. It's under game -> saves. Though it's easier just to transfer the whole Headmaster file over, don't have to worry about re-downloading it, and your saves will still be there. It should be the same deal on android too, if that's what you're on. Just put the files in an SD card and move it over.
