I think it is done because of Itch.io terms of service. There is a website call lewd patcher that you can use for most games to "correct" the wording.
But game witouth that useless censorship are on this page already, better put an option to unable or disable that censorship in the game and no another page
and thanks about the page, but that would be better one week ago when i start the game :c
