Thank you for letting me know about this! Next update will be fixed for sure!
I just noticed it is a problem that doesn't happen after you complete a certain point of the game (avoid telling what to not spoil anything), so until you reach that part of the game the annoying thing will last a little more. In order to quickly recover access to the menu, you can reach for the Crystal room (the one A-chan is in) as for right now!
