When I download it and it finishes downloading it says forbidden, any solution? I'm on the phone

Usually an android device that says "forbidden" means that you have not enabled installation of 3rd party apps in your security settings. Check your security settings and make sure you can install 3rd party apps, if that doesn't help, then I don't know what to try next.
