I could not open this game in the Mac system, it shows that EC 1.0.1 (mac) cannot open

Yeah it isn't a permissions issue, it simply says the file cannot be opened.  The executable bundle wasn't made correctly.  You have to open a terminal, navagate to "[download directory/Elven\ Conquest\ 1.0.3\ \(mac\).app/Contents/MacOS" and then do a "chmod +x Elven\ Conquest\ 1.0.3\ \(mac\)".  This means the developer never actually tested the mac version, which is frankly sad 

Works on MacOs, Creator mentioned using Unzip One from the app store from another post. Just drag and drop zip file, or "open with UnzipOne", to extract to applications. Tried the youtube tutorials, no help. The game file would just convert to a text file when I viewed contents. The Unzip One fixes that issue. The app will you give game settings like resolution and sizing before starting the game and verifying you want to open it. Works as normal and plays with no issues. Tried on PinkTea's other games that are designed to work on MacOs like RoB. I'm on 12.6.1 Monterey. Hopefully this helps other users wanting to play and support, good luck!
