What do you mean by removing the undo action?
I mean in the left bar, the part you can save and see the stats in the top there is an arrow pointing to the left and if you clicked you can undo an action and that's my question if you are going to remove that option because in the past I play some similar games created with Twine and some of them don't have that option. Is only curiosity
