he showed them his arm

“I have no Idea what your talking about, if it was that dragon thing, it attacked me and ran off, so you dog must be smelling it’s blood n ngh on me…”

The hunters didn't listen. the first one charged at Yuka, swinging his sword with a loud yell.

he shoved him back, his arm oozing blood

“W what the hell did I just say!? I know nothing!”

He winced, covering his arm

The hunters glared at him but left, yelling that they would be back for the dragonling.

“TRUST ME, I WANT THAT THING DEAD!

He closed his door, tending to his arm
”n nhh”

He turned around and saw that the dragon had hidden himself under the table, a trail of blood leading there. He had passed out, completely limp.

“h h hey hey!”

He picked him up and lay him back on the bed, doing something actually really stupid, he tried to do a blood transfer with his own blood

Timeskip?

ummm-no.

Yuka realized that he couldn't help the dragon-not as is. He knew what he had to do. It was time to end his mission, and to return to the castle of his master.

he carefully picked him up and made the long journey to the castle, he was waiting at the gate, the dragon bundled up in bloody blanket

He reached the doors hidden in a cliff face, the trees on either side watching his approach, but he didn’t acknowledge them, walking through the doors toward the healer he was far too familiar with. Once in the hospital wing, he set the dragon on a cot for the medics to fuss over, going over to the small spring that fell from the wall to wash away the blood. The boy laid limp where he was put, filthy from his weeks on the run without stop. He had lost a large amount of blood and more nurses were called in to help clean, treat, and wrap his wounds, as well as gave him some things to help with the blood loss.
