He crawled into Kat's lap and curled up in a ball, tucking his head under his chin and grabbing his hand, interlacing their fingers. He let out a soft sigh, relaxing.
He dozed off in Kat's arms. He barely even knew this boy...not even his name-and yet he'd never felt this trusting towards anyone-this boy....he was....he was Kaz's hero.
