I was really enjoying the game for most of it, the art was cute and I got into a fun rhythm with the food making. But my experience was absolutely ruined by the ending. Having the main character be a victim of one of the most violent, traumatizing, and reprehensible crimes on this Earth makes me sick. I see so much potential in this game, but now all I can think of is that final scene. Unless you're making a subversive psychological horror, please rethink your decisions.
I know this is just an indie game, but it just left a sour taste in my mouth. No hate towards you, have fun with the development.
